Boarding & Facilities
Horse boarding & facilities.
A large indoor arena, stalls with attached turnouts, a full hay loft, a private tack trunk for every boarder, and a full-time on-site caretaker.
Facilities & Amenities
A working farm, kept the way you’d keep it yourself.
A large indoor arena for year-round riding, stalls with their own attached turnouts, a full hay loft, a private tack trunk for every boarder, and a full-time on-site caretaker. Nothing fancy — just done properly.
A large indoor arena — open every day of the year.
Ride when the Nooksack rain sets in. Ride after work in December. Ride the day after a farrier visit. Our indoor arena means winter, weather, and short daylight don’t cut into your saddle time — and it’s open to every boarder.
Stalls with Attached Turnouts
Every stall opens directly to its own private paddock, so your horse can choose to be in or out throughout the day.
Full-Time On-Site Caretaker
A live-in horse caretaker looks after the horses every day of the year — not a service, a person you’ll know by name.
Full Hay Loft — Whatcom Hay & Eastern Washington Alfalfa
Grass hay sourced from local Whatcom County growers and alfalfa brought in from eastern Washington — stored dry in our own loft and fed on a consistent twice-daily schedule.
Hot & Cold Water Rinse Area
A proper wash station with hot and cold water — useful year-round, essential after summer rides.
Your Own Private Tack Trunk
Every boarder gets their own designated tack trunk — private storage that’s just for you and your horse’s gear, right in the barn.
On-Site Barn Bathroom
A working bathroom for boarders and visitors, right on the property — no need to leave the barn.
Community Tack Room — Boarders Only
A dedicated, always-accessible tack room for boarders and boarders alone. Secure storage for saddles, bridles, blankets, and everyday gear — kept dry, kept clean, and never shared with the general public.
Outdoor Arena In progress
New outdoor arena underway this year. A panel-fenced outdoor area is available for boarders in the meantime.
Large Grazing Pasture In progress
Expanded pasture for daily turnout and group grazing, opening later this year.
“Peaceful mornings, quiet aisles, and enough space for horses to be horses.”
